Paying homage to 70s design without taking into account that design that evolved from science fiction and architectural utopias would be a half-hearted tribute. Sulu is inspired by furniture with space aesthetics and pop aerodynamic lines, synthesising them in a very volumetric and compact design.
We call Sulu a “meeting armchair”, conceived for rooms where there can be two or four pieces and which can host groups for informal work meetings or evenings of tea andconversation with those closest to us.

Michele Mantovani is an Italian architect who has become a key designer for KELVIN GIORMANI since 2017, and he established his own design studio which is currently based in Barcelona, Spain. His good selling designs include Model SAHARA motion sofa, PLAZA curved sofa and LULU armchair.
