The outlook design of Model ANZIO is in fact a continuation of the design of Model ARSIZIO (2011 Spring Collection). The "see-through" stainless steel arm frames and legs as well as the extra large sitting space are distinctive features of both Model ANZIO and ARSIZIO.
The main feature of Model ANZIO is the particular back-and-forth mechanism which allows the sofa back to move forward and backward easily and smoothly. When the sofa back moves backward, it creates extra seat depth and space which allows more different sitting postures. The mechanism is made by a well-known Italian sofa mechanism expert.
Model ANZIO features a genuine leather sheet that covers each track when the mechanism is running backward. The size and position of the leather sheets are well matching the tufted squares on the seat cushions. This additional feature becomes "hidden" in the seat cushion design.
